I joined GloverPriest in 2018. This was a change in my career and my first sales role, and I had recently relocated to the Midlands.
I was instantly made to feel welcome not just in the office where I am based, but throughout the whole company. Within a couple of months of joining GloverPriest we were invited to the company summer party. It’s really nice to have the opportunity to socialise with all the staff, when working for such a big company and put names to faces. It’s extremely generous of the directors to not just have a summer party but also a Christmas party too.
Whilst working in my current role the department has more than doubled in size, and because of the confidence that has been instilled in me by my manager and colleagues I feel equipped to deal with the volume of work we now have to deal with. Whenever I have had an interest in a particular area I have been given the opportunity to work within that area to gain knowledge and experience. We have an amazing team, we work very hard but it’s always acknowledged and appreciated. I feel extremely lucky to be part of the GloverPriest family.
